Original IP only

Every creator on Aniverce must submit entirely original intellectual property — characters, worlds, and stories that they created or co-created. No existing anime, manga, game, film, franchise, or celebrity content is accepted.

AI-assisted work must be disclosed

AI tools are a valid part of the creative process. Using AI does not disqualify a creator from the platform. However, transparency is required. Any AI-assisted or AI-generated element in published content must be clearly disclosed.

Aniverce positions AI as a production tool that supports creative authorship — not a replacement for it. Every featured universe must demonstrate genuine creative direction and intentionality.

Creators keep ownership of their original worlds

Aniverce is a launchpad, not a rights acquisition platform. Creators who publish on Aniverce retain full intellectual property ownership of their original universes.

Selected creators, reviewed submissions

Aniverce does not operate as a public upload platform. Access to publish is granted through a manual application and review process. This is how we maintain quality and originality across every universe featured on the platform.

Content moderation and safety

The platform reserves the right to remove, reject, or restrict content that violates this policy. The following types of content may be removed without prior notice:

• Copyright infringement or use of existing protected IP
• Characters, worlds, or storylines from existing anime, manga, games, or films
• Celebrity or public figure likeness used without permission
• Voice cloning of real individuals without documented consent
• Explicit violence, sexual content, or disturbing material without appropriate context
• Hate speech, discrimination, or dehumanizing content
• Targeted harassment of real individuals or groups
• Spam or mass-generated low-quality content lacking creative direction
• Misleading or incomplete AI disclosure
• Automated content pipelines with no evidence of creative authorship

Creators whose content is removed for policy violations may lose access to publish on the platform. Repeat violations may result in permanent removal from the creator program.

Current platform limitations

• Public content upload is not open — creators must apply and be selected.
• Public AI generation tools are not available through the platform in this phase.
• Paid episodes and creator monetization are not active yet.
• Creator dashboard, analytics, and portfolio management are planned for later phases.
• Fan fiction and fan art submissions are not accepted in the MVP.

Creator applications and waitlist data

Creator applications and waitlist signups are submitted for editorial review and platform communication only. We handle this data with respect.

• Creator applications are reviewed manually by the Aniverce editorial team and are not shared with third parties.
• Waitlist email addresses are used only to send early access updates, featured universe announcements, and platform launch communications.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not send spam. You can request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.
• Application data is retained only for the purpose of creator selection and platform participation management.
